Solo Traveler
Travel a lot! Never seen whole staff including manger go over and beyond customer service to accommodate the customer. Totally a home away from home atmosphere!

Traveling as Couple
The hotel is not the best area in long beach, but when I did get there I did feel safe and comfortable. I had a great room, big bed, it did look over the people and it open till 10 pm so when I did have the windows open I did hear the people down in the pool, but besides that the room was great, big TV, a mini fridge and microwave oven. Family with Young Children
We arrived and priceline had booked our room in a smoking room. We were moved to a non smoking room but the smell permiated the whole floor. During periods the ventalation would kick on and we would smell it very badly. It woke us up in the night when the smell filled our room at different times. Would not stay here again. ...read more

Business Traveler
Overall my Hotel Room was clean and the staff very nice considering the crazy Southern CA weather during my stay I felt quite OK in this location. Some of the streets in Long Beach were flooded.

When we complained about smoke smell outside room and requested to change room on our first night, we were asked to pay $10 extra by the front desk.

Overall, this hotel is a good place to stay for anybody who is looking for a nice clean room, just to sleep and not needing to spend much time at the hotel. It's location is not in the best part of town, so it's best suited for those who have a car that they can use to get around town for their business. ...read more
